Meet the team

The POSE Training Program supports grantees of the US National Science Foundation’s Pathways to Enable Open-Source Ecosystems (POSE) program. It is co-facilitated by staff at the Center for Scientific Collaboration and Community Engagement (CSCCE) and the US Research Software Sustainability Institute (URSSI) at the University of California Berkeley.

Karthik Ram

UC Berkeley / US Research Software Sustainability Institute

Karthik is an interdisciplinary researcher working to understand impacts of climate change on ecological communities, reproducible research, sustainable scientific software, and open science.

Lou Woodley

Center for Scientific Collaboration and Community Engagement

Lou bridges people, science, and technology, championing both human and technical infrastructure within science.

Camille Santistevan

Center for Scientific Collaboration and Community Engagement

Camille applies her background in higher education, workforce development, social work, and political science to support and train scientific community managers.
